(Bloomberg) -- The Philippine Stock Exchange is on track to erase its pandemic loss, helped by a two-day rally fueled by the relaxation of virus curbs in the Manila capital region. After previous rallies came up short, there is optimism the index could finally climb above pre-Covid levels, as it seems “we are already at the end-game of the pandemic,” said Manny Cruz, a strategist at Papa Securities Corp. “We are nearing a new normal, and a pandemic exit strategy will accelerate economic growth and push the market.”
