Meghmani Organics Ltd. plans to utilise Rs 540 crore to strengthen its basic chemical business, Managing Director Natu Patel said.
The company will increase its caustic soda production and setup a chloromethane plant, Patel told BloombergQuint in an interview. At present, the company's basic chemical capacity utilisation stands at 85 percent, he said.
