LTM Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 23, 2026, to consider and approve the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also take on record the audit reports issued by the statutory auditor for the said period.
In addition, the company said the Board will deliberate on a proposal for recommending a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if any.

LTM Ltd. said that, in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code on insider trading, the trading window for dealing in its securities has been closed from April 1, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until April 25, 2026, both days inclusive.
LTM Ltd. Q3 Results
During the third quarter, LTIMindtree's revenue rose 3.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to Rs 10,781 crore, compared with Rs 10,394 crore in the previous quarter. EBIT increased 5.4% QoQ to Rs 1,737 crore from Rs 1,648 crore. The margin stood at 16.1% versus 15.9%. Net profit declined 31% (QoQ) to Rs 971 crore from Rs 1,401 crore. Order inflow for the quarter was reported at $1.69 billion, compared with $1.59 billion in the preceding quarter.
