HCL Techologies Ltd. announced a final dividend of Rs Rs 24 per share for fiscal year 2025-26, as per an exchange filing by the company on Tuesday.
The IT major has fixed April 25 as the record date to determine the shareholders eligible for the dividend payout. The amount will be paid by May 5, it noted.
HCLTech has announced three interim dividends of Rs 12 each prior to this, in FY26. This takes the total dividend paid so far in this financial year to Rs 60 per share. The Bloomberg estimate valued HCLTech's FY26 dividend at Rs 57.12, with analyst estimates ranging from Rs 60.7 to Rs 72.6 per share.
The company's dividend record against Bloomberg estimates had been mixed in recent years. HCLTech missed estimates in the last two financial years.

For FY25, Bloomberg estimates stood at Rs 57.6 per share, while the actual dividend announced was Rs 29.51. In FY24, estimates were of Rs 50.59, while the actual payout came at Rs 49.66 apiece.
Earlier years showed a stronger outcome. The actual dividend in FY23 stood at Rs 64.28 as against an estimate of Rs 42.98 per share, while FY22 actual payout was Rs 49.64 versus an estimate of Rs 49.03.
HCLTech also declared its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The IT firm's consolidated net profit rose 10% sequentially to Rs 4,488 crore. Analysts tracked by Bloomberg had shared a consensus estimate of Rs 4,637 crore.
The topline, however, was flat at Rs 33,981 crore. This was also in line with the estimate of Rs 33,773 crore.

Before the quarterly results were declared, shares of HCLTech closed 0.75% higher at Rs 1,439 apiece on the NSE, as against a 0.87% climb in the benchmark Nifty 50.
