(Bloomberg) -- Gary Gensler, President Joe Biden's nominee to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission, says he'd scrutinize stock-trading apps that have boomed in popularity among retail investors.
- Gensler, speaking Tuesday at a Senate Banking Committee hearing on his nomination, also says he would examine best-execution rules for stock trading and payment for order flow.
