- E2E Networks shares surged nearly 250% in 2026 after a 50% drop last year
- A Rs 1,000 crore AI contract with an Indian sovereign firm boosted growth outlook
- Q2 FY27 revenue rose 411% YoY to Rs 223.8 crore, with profits also increasing
E2E Networks Ltd has staged a remarkable turnaround in 2026, with its shares surging nearly 250% after losing half their value last year.
Growing demand for artificial intelligence computing infrastructure, a large sovereign AI contract and strong September-quarter earnings have emerged as key drivers of the rally.
The NSE-listed cloud computing company's stock climbed from Rs 199 at the beginning of the year to Rs 694, translating into a gain of approximately 249.14%.

The reversal comes after a 50% decline in 2025, highlighting the sharp change in investor sentiment towards the company's AI infrastructure business.
Rs 1,000-Crore AI Contract Strengthens Growth Outlook
A major catalyst is E2E Networks' binding term sheet worth approximately Rs 1,000 crore, excluding taxes, with an Indian sovereign AI company.
Signed during the September quarter, the agreement covers NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and associated services and remains valid through June 2029.
The contract provides the company with potential revenue visibility over the coming years as demand for high-performance computing capacity increases. However, the agreement's value should not be treated as revenue already recognised.

E2E Networks has also expanded its technology offerings to attract enterprise AI workloads. Its TIR AI/ML platform now includes VPC Connect, which enables private networking for GPU instances, training clusters and inference endpoints.
Through Jarvislabs.ai, its AI cloud platform, the company has introduced managed endpoints and model APIs, allowing customers to deploy open-weight models and access open-source models through pay-per-token services.
Infrastructure enhancements during the quarter included InfiniBand H200 clusters, serverless inference, private virtual networking, object storage and shared file systems.
September-Quarter Earnings Add Momentum
E2E Networks reported revenue of Rs 223.8 crore for Q2 FY27, representing a 411% year-on-year increase and 43% sequential growth.
The company attributed the expansion to contributions from Blackwell GPUs, better utilisation and higher average realisations across its GPU fleet.
Profit before tax increased 66% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 97.1 crore, while net profit rose 32.5% to Rs 72.7 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 76.6%, according to the company's filing.
Capacity Expansion Remains Key
With shareholder approval for growth capital secured, E2E Networks plans to expand capacity to meet rising domestic demand for AI computing. Its ability to convert new contracts into revenue, maintain infrastructure utilisation and sustain profitability will remain important factors behind the stock's performance.
Despite its rally, the stock's future trajectory will depend on execution and whether growing AI infrastructure demand translates into durable financial growth.
