Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 30 to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend for FY26. The company has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts on April 30 to discuss the Q4FY26 results.
Dabur Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
In an exchange filing dated March 23, Dabur said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 7 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31.
The Board of Directors will also consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31.
Godrej Consumer Products Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
Godrej Consumer Products has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 6 to take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, and to consider the declaration of an interim dividend.
If the Board of Directors declares an interim dividend, the record date for determining the names of the shareholders who will receive the interim dividend will be May 12.

Nestle India has a meeting of its Board of Directors on April 21 to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY26.
