(Bloomberg) -- Eni SpA's dependence on oil and gas fields in Africa is shown by the payments -- including royalties, taxes, fees and production entitlements -- made to governments on the continent last year. Four out of the five top recipients are in Africa, led by Libya, Nigeria and Angola, the continent's biggest oil producers, according to disclosures in a report from Eni. That reliance is set to deepen as the Italian energy giant on Thursday signed off on the $7 billion Coral South project to export natural gas from Mozambique.
