The upcoming week will witness muted activity in the primary markets, on both the mainboard and SME sides. Investors will see one mainboard IPO closing, along with three mainline listings.
In the mainboard segment, Quality Power Electrical Equipment will close its IPO on Feb. 18. The price band for the IPO has been set in the range of Rs 401 to Rs 425 per share. The market value at the upper end of the price band is Rs 3,300 crore, as per NDTV Profit's calculations.
The offering comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 225 crore and an offer for sale of 1.5 crore equity shares valued Rs 634 crore at the upper-end of the price band. This aggregates the issue size to Rs 859 crore.
The IPO is expected to list on both the BSE and NSE on Feb. 21, 2025.
In the SME segment, Beezaasan Explotech is set to launch its IPO, which will be a book-built issue worth Rs 59.93 crore. The IPO will be open for subscription from Feb. 21 to Feb. 25. The issue consists of 34.24 lakh shares, all of which will be a fresh issue. The price band for the offer is set between Rs 165 and Rs 175 per share.
The allotment is expected by Feb. 27 and the listing on the BSE SME platform is set for March 3. The minimum investment required for retail investors is Rs 1,40,000, with a lot size of 800 shares.
Listings This Week
The mainboard segment will see Ajax Engineering Ltd., Hexaware Technologies Ltd., and Quality Power Electrical Equipment Ltd. make their market debut on the BSE and NSE this week.
Ajax Engineering will list on Feb. 17, while Hexaware will list on Feb. 19 and Quality Power will start trading from Feb. 21.
