Rahul Gandhi reached Uttar Pradesh's capital of Lucknow on Friday as part of his Mahayatra. Before his road show, he visited the Raidas temple, St Joseph Cathedral Church, and met Dalit students at the Ambedkar PG Hostel in Hazratganj.
He also went to the Darul-Uloom-Nadwa-tul-Ulema (Nadwa College) and met Vice Chancellor Maulana Rabe Hasan Nadvi. Rahul was accompanied by Gulamnabi Azad, Raj Babbar and CM candidate Sheila Dixit.
With this, phase 1 of Rahul's Mahayatra came to an end. He will continue his journey after a 2-3 day break.
