(Bloomberg) -- Nicolas Maduro addresses soldiers in Caracas on Thursday morning, calling for military unity to defend democracy.
In a statement, the presidency's press office says Maduro is addressing over 4,000 soldiers in Fuerte Tiuna, Caracas.
