The UIDAI or Unique Identification Authority of India is looking to recruit engineering and management graduates for its Aadhaar team. The UIDAI, the issuer of 12-digit Unique Identity Number (UID) or Aadhaar card, has invited applications from BTech, B Engineering and MBA graduates for roles in Delhi and Bengaluru. This was said by the UIDAI on microblogging site Twitter. Inviting "young professionals to join Aadhaar team", the UIDAI described the positions as "an unparalleled opportunity to be a part of world's largest & most sophisticated digital ID program...A life changing experience in technology deployment, social impact & nation building."

In a post on microblogging site Twitter, the UIDAI shared details of the roles in Delhi and Bengaluru. The UIDAI was looking to recruit "young enthusiastic engineering graduates (B Tech/BE) from reputed Engineering Colleges/Universities like IIT, IIIT, IISc, NIT etc." Among other things, the UIDAI said the positions in Delhi and Bengaluru related to "a work profile that involves solving complex technology & management problems". The UIDAI issues Aadhaar, an identification number based on biometrics data.
