(Bloomberg) -- UBS Group AG Chief Executive Officer Ralph Hamers discusses plans to almost double the lender's share buyback program. He also discusses market risks and bonuses in an interview with Bloomberg's Manus Cranny in Zurich as Switzerland's largest bank upgraded key profit and efficiency targets after rising capital market and trading revenues drove better-than-expected results at the investment bank.
