Tata Tech's New Acquisition In Germany Will Be Margin Accretive, Says CEO

Tata Tech will acquire Germany-based ES-Tec GmbH, which is into high-end automotive engineering services. Managing Director and CEO Warren Harris said the acquisition will be EPS and margin accretive from Day 1 itself and give access to new products like ADAS. ES-Tec Group’s presence in Germany will strengthen Tata Tech’s growing footprint in the region, Harris said.
