Shubhalakshmi Panse Joins Federal Bank as Independent Director
Federal Bank on Wednesday said Shubhalakshmi Panse has joined the private-sector lender's board as an independent director.
Ms Panse, former chairman and managing director of Allahabad Bank, has wide experience in banking, particularly in corporate credit, NPA (non-performing asset) management, planning, project appraisal, economic analysis, finance and IT.
Currently, she is the chairman of the quality review board of Indian Institute of Actuaries.
