New Delhi: L&T Finance Holdings, part of the diversified Larsen & Toubro (L&T) group, on Wednesday said it is in dialogue with various investors for a stake sale.
"We wish to inform that as part of its ongoing investor relations exercise, the company meets various investors from time to time," L&T Finance Holdings said in a filing to the BSE.
The investors or stock exchanges would be informed as and when a definitive development takes place, it added.
The statement came following some reports of Bain Capital being frontrunner to buy a minority stake in L&T Finance Holdings.
Shares in L&T Finance Holdings ended 1.66 per cent higher at Rs 61.30 apiece on the BSE.
