Hero MotoCorp Ltd. registered a 3.6 percent year on year growth in the month of October, selling more than six lakh units for the third consecutive month, the company said in a media statement.
The country's largest two-wheeler manufacturer sold 6.63 lakh two wheelers in October against 6.4 lakh units in the same month last year. This comes on the back of Hero MotoCorp posting its highest ever monthly sales in September, with 6.74 lakh units being sold.
In the July-September quarter, sales grew 15.8 percent year-on-year to 18.23 lakh vehicles.
The sold over ten lakh units during the festive period even before October 28, it said in the media statement.
The company's dealer inventories have returned to normal levels, the statement added.
