Godrej Properties Achieves Rs 1,000-Crore Sales At Pune Project Launch
The Godrej Properties project saw the sale of over 1,398 homes, covering a total area of approximately 1.23 million square feet.

Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. has reported sales worth over Rs 1,000 crore with the launch of its latest project, Godrej Evergreen Square, in Pune's Hinjewadi, the company said in an exchange filing.
The project, which was launched in November 2024, saw the sale of over 1,398 homes, covering a total area of approximately 1.23 million square feet. This feat was accomplished within four months of acquiring the land, highlighting the strong demand for residential properties in the region.
Godrej Evergreen Square has a developable potential of around 2.41 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,045 crore. This large-scale residential development significantly enhances GPL’s presence in Pune’s western suburbs, a region known for its well-developed social and civic infrastructure.
Hinjewadi is an established residential area in Pune, offering residents access to numerous schools, healthcare facilities, retail malls, and entertainment outlets. The area is well-connected to major transportation routes, including the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Additionally, the introduction of a metro line connecting Hinjewadi to Shivaji Nagar, with a station just two minutes away from the project, is expected to further improve connectivity and reduce travel time for daily commuters.
“We are delighted with the response to our project, Godrej Evergreen Square. This has now become the best-ever launch in Pune residential real estate...We will do our best to ensure Godrej Evergreen Square offers its residents an outstanding living experience," said Gaurav Pandey, chief executive officer and managing director, Godrej Properties.
