(Bloomberg) -- European Union citizens are shunning Britain as Brexit uncertainty intensifies. The lowest net immigration from the bloc since 2009 may please Britons who voted to leave the EU, but businesses struggling to fill vacancies are alarmed. Nor is Prime Minister Theresa May any closer to her goal of getting total migration below 100,000, thanks to a surge in student numbers from outside the EU.
