(Bloomberg) -- Real Madrid and Juventus fans descending on Cardiff for Saturday's European Champions League soccer final are finding that spare room rates have been raised by far more than for other high-profile events. The average price for two people is 1,483 pounds ($1,904) a night, peaking at 3,978 pounds for those who are yet to book, according to hundredrooms.co.uk, an aggregator of prices offered by sites such as Airbnb. With a population of about 350,000, Cardiff is one of the smallest cities to have hosted European soccer's showpiece game.
