WeWork India IPO: Bombay High Court Reserves Order
The Bombay High Court on Oct. 8 reserved its order in the WeWork IPO matter, after hearing detailed arguments from both sides on disclosure lapses and regulatory oversight surrounding the company’s Rs 3,000-crore initial public offering.
While the spokesperson for the petitioners said that the verdict may impact the initial public offering, the company clarified that the stock market debut, scheduled on Oct. 10, is on track.

Infosys has issued a clarification, stating that as of today, there is no tax demand outstanding concerning the alleged ineligible input tax credit (ITC) refunds under the Goods and Services Tax regime.
The company asserted in an exchange filing that it has been fully compliant with all relevant State and Central laws about GST refunds. This statement was made in response to reports regarding a show-cause notice issued by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence on Aug. 12, seeking Rs 415 crore.
Infosys further confirmed that it has already filed a plea in the Karnataka High Court, challenging the legitimacy of the DGGI's notice.
