Realme has announced that the Realme 16T 5G will launch in India next week. Along with the launch date, Realme revealed key specifications of the device, including its battery capacity, colours, and design, along with its availability details. The Realme 16T 5G will join its siblings from the Realme 16 series: Realme 16, Realme 16 Pro, and Realme 16 Pro+. Dedicated microsites for the device have also gone live on the company's website and the e-commerce platform.
Realme 16T 5G Launch Date And Availability Confirmed
The Realme 16T 5G will launch in India on May 22 at noon, the company confirmed via an X post. The smartphone will be offered in three colour options — Starlight Red, Starlight Black, and a blue colourway — and will be available for purchase through Flipkart and the official Realme India online store.
Realme 16T 5G To Pack Massive Battery
Realme has confirmed that the upcoming 16T 5G will house a massive 8,000mAh Titan battery. The brand has claimed seven-year health of the battery, along with three days of battery life with standard usage. Realme has also promised 14.3 hours of gaming, 34 hours of social scrolling, and 21.9 hours of navigation with a full charge.
The phone will come with 45W fast charging, reverse charging and bypass charging capabilities.
Realme 16T 5G Specs, Features, Design
Despite packing a big battery, the Realme 16T 5G will have a slim and lightweight make, with a profile measuring 8.88 mm.
Design wise, the Realme 16T 5G features a flat rear panel and a squircle camera module with a pill-shaped camera housing, which includes two lenses. The camera island also includes a selfie mirror and an LED flash. Promotional images reveal the power button and volume controls situated on the right.
While the Starlight Red model has a single colour design, the blue option comes with a white wavy pattern below the camera module.
