However, there is another upcoming Apple smartphone that is constantly in the news - iPhone 17 Air. Design & Camera
According to leaks, the iPhone 17 Air will be super slim at a mere 5.5mm — making it Apple’s thinnest iPhone ever. Apple might roll it out it with a camera module shaped like a pill, which would change from the typical dual camera setup it has used.
On the other hand, the iPhone SE 4 would come with a design that mirrors most of the specifications of the iPhone 14, but with an upgrade to a 48MP sensor inside the camera, which would be potentially the most budget-friendly model to offer top-level photography.
Display & Performance
If the rumours are accurate, the iPhone 17 Air will boast a 6.6-inch OLED display with ProMotion technology and a 120Hz refresh rate. This would make it the first non-Pro model to offer this.
The iPhone SE 4 is rumoured to be powered by Apple’s A18 chipset, under the hood, like on the iPhone 16. The upcoming A19 chipset can power the iPhone 17 Air and provide a performance boost.

While the exact pricing is not disclosed yet, leaks suggest that the iPhone 17 Air could be priced at Rs. 89,900, which is almost the same as the iPhone 16 Plus. At just under $500 (Around Rs. 49,000 in India), the iPhone SE 4 could be a great mid-range contender.
