LIC Bima Sakhi Yojana: Eligibility And Recruitment

The scheme will kick off with the first phase recruiting 35,000 women as insurance agents with expansion to taking additional 50,000 women on board in the future. While initially it will be implemented only in the state of Haryana, it will be later extended to other parts of the country.

To qualify for the programme, women must be in the age group of 18 to 50 years. A minimum qualification of 10th grade is also required.
