Yen Heads for 100 Per Dollar as Dallas Shooting Spurs Haven Bid

(Bloomberg) -- The yen accelerated a rally toward 100 per dollar after four police officers were reported shot dead in Dallas, spurring demand for assets viewed as havens.

Japan's currency gained 0.4 percent to 100.38 per dollar as of 1:27 p.m. in Tokyo. It rose 0.3 percent to 111.21 per euro.
