India's equity benchmarks swung between gains and losses as investors continue to assess company earnings amid the market's run to record highs.
The S&P BSE Sensex was little changed at 33,694 as of 11:18 a.m., with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. leading advancers while Bharti Airtel Ltd. dropped the most. The NSE Nifty 50 was also little changed. Eleven of the 19 sector gauges complied by BSE Ltd. rose.

Torrent Pharma: Acquires Unichem's Domestic Business
Shares of the pharmaceutical company rose as much as 3.8 percent to Rs 1,365.45. The company acquired the domestic branded formulations business of Unichem Laboratories Ltd. for Rs 3,600 crore to become the country's eighth largest drugmaker.
Besides that, Torrent Pharmaceuticals posted quarterly earnings that met street estimates.

M&M: Board To Consider Bonus Shares Issue
Shares of the automobile manufacturer rose as much as 2.3 percent, the most in three weeks, to Rs 1,361.
The Anand Mahindra-led company's board will consider issuing bonus shares on Nov. 10, according to its stock exchange notification.
M&M trades at 21.6 times trailing 12-month earnings per share and 18 times its estimates for the coming year. The stock has returned 15 percent so far this year and a loss of less than 1 percent in the past 12 months.
Reliance Communications: Deal Called Off
Shares of the debt-ridden telecom operator fell as much as 8.3 percent to an all time low at Rs 15.5. Canada-based Brookfield Asset Management called of $200 million deal with the Anil Ambani-led company.
The stock has declined 10.9 percent during the previous month. The relative strength index was 14, indicating that the stock may be oversold.
Titan: Jumps After Earnings Beat
Shares of the jewelry and watchmaker rose as much as 25 percent, the most in 12 years to a record high at Rs 824. The company reported earnings during the previous quarter in which its bottomline beats estimates.
