Sonata Software aims to lower the revenue contribution from its top 10 clients over the next 3-4 years in order to reduce the risk of client concentration.
The company currently derives 70 percent of its revenue from top 10 clients. “We believe that as we add clients and quantum of revenue or the average revenue per new client increases, we could see this ratio moving towards about 60 percent or so from top 10 in the next 3-4 years,” Prasanna Oke, chief financial officer at Sonata Software told BloombergQuint in an interview.
It has added about 15-20 new clients in first 3 quarters of the current financial year.
