Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. logged a consolidated net profit of Rs 323 crore in the quarter ended December 2025, marking a 3.7% uptick as compared to Rs 311 crore in the year-ago period, according to the consolidated financial results declared on Thursday.
The railway sector PSU's revenue saw an uptick of 2.6% to Rs 4,684 crore compared to the previous year's Rs 4,567 crore. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation was down 7.8% at Rs 221 crore from the prior financial year's Rs 239 crore.
The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 1, and the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders has been fixed as Feb. 11. The dividend will be paid on or before March 6.

Shares of RVNL closed 1.32% lower at Rs 316.60 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.52% fall in the benchmark Nifty.
