Highways builder Dilip Buildcon Ltd. today said that NHAI declared it as the lowest bidder for three new hybrid annuity projects valued at Rs 5,390 crore in the state of Karnataka and Jharkhand.

This comes in a day after the road builder said that National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) declared it as the lowest bidder for a Rs 2,013 crore highway project in Andhra Pradesh to be done under hybrid annuity mode.

The company's current order book stands at Rs 22,000 crore, Rohan Suryavanshi, head-strategy and planning at Dilip Buildcon said. “We are in the process of bidding for more orders. The internal rate of return for projects will be inline with the past rate.”
