The romantic thriller O Romeo continues its second-week run at the box office with steady collections despite the expected weekday slowdown. According to Sacnilk's early estimates, the film has earned approximately Rs 56.29 crore India net in 11 days, successfully entering the Rs 50 crore club. The film's worldwide gross has crossed Rs 80 crore and currently stands at around Rs 83 crore.

Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film opened strongly on February 13 with Rs 8.5 crore on Day 1. It saw a jump to Rs 12.65 crore on its first Saturday, followed by Rs 9 crore on Sunday. The first week concluded at Rs 47.1 crore.

The second weekend provided another boost. The film collected Rs 3.4 crore on Day 9 (Saturday) and around Rs 3.25 crore on Day 10 (Sunday), as per Sacnilk's rough figures.

On its second Monday (Day 11), the film recorded around Rs 0.49 crore in early trends. Final numbers are expected to be updated later.

On Monday morning, the movie registered an overall 5.80% Hindi occupancy. Pune and Jaipur reported the highest percentage occupancy at nearly 10% across 213 and 107 shows, respectively. The National Capital Region had the highest show count at 696 screenings with around 6% occupancy, followed by Mumbai at 6% across 393 shows. Bengaluru and Lucknow hovered near 6%, while Hyderabad stood at 5%. Kolkata and Ahmedabad recorded approximately 4%.

With its India net touched Rs 56 crore, O Romeo is also poised to surpass the lifetime collection of Haider (Rs 55.93 crore), potentially becoming one of the highest-grossing collaborations between Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj.

The film blends an intense love story with themes of crime and violence, set against the backdrop of Mumbai's underworld.

Reacting to the film's performance earlier, Vishal Bhardwaj told PTI, "This is going to be one of the most successful films of my life… I am so proud of the violence and the love story I have created in this film."

Even with mixed critical response, the film has continued to hold steady in its second week. Its weekday performance will now be crucial in deciding how soon O Romeo edges closer to the Rs 60 crore mark at the domestic box office.
