Make Workplaces Inclusive To Battle Depression, Says Deepika Padukone
Change workplace policies to create an environment which allows people to discuss issues like depression and anxiety. That's the word from actor Deepika Padukone who has battled against the ailment herself and spoken about it on multiple forums.
