(Bloomberg) -- South Africa's rand headed for its biggest gain in almost a month after parliament Speaker Baleka Mbete ruled that a no-confidence vote against President Jacob Zuma on Tuesday will be held via secret ballot. Investors have pinned their hopes on such a decision because the secrecy might enable more members of the ruling African National Congress to vote against Zuma, whose rule is mired in allegations of corruption and economic mismanagement.
