(Bloomberg) -- As equity investors fret over growing political risks from the U.K. to South Africa, a nascent investment opportunity may lurk in one of the world's oldest conflict zones. Palestine stocks rallied for a third successive quarter, taking their price-earnings ratio to the highest level since at least September 2015. Palestine Islamic Bank and Palestine Telecommunications Company Plc led the gains in the 15-member gauge, lifting its market value to $2.78 billion.
