Deepinder Goyal, the founder of Zomato, has acquired an expansive apartment in DLF's ultra-luxury project, Camellias, located in Gurugram. According to data analytics firm Zapkey, the nearly 11,000 sq ft apartment was purchased for Rs 52.3 crore.

Goyal, who co-founded the popular food delivery platform, finalised the purchase of this apartment in August 2022. The property registration was completed in March this year, as confirmed by Zapkey after reviewing the registration documents. The apartment, with a super built-up area of 10,813 square feet, is situated on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase-5.

Market experts estimate the current value of this property to be between Rs 125 crore and Rs 150 crore, reflecting the significant surge in housing prices in Gurugram over the past three years. The DLF Camellias project has attracted numerous industrialists and top executives, making it a sought-after residential destination.

Following the success of the DLF Camellias project, DLF has launched another ultra-luxury project, 'The Dahlias,' at the same location. The realtor anticipates generating around Rs 35,000 crore in revenue from this new venture.
