Raymond Lifestyle Hit By Cyber Attack, Customer Operations Unaffected

A cybersecurity incident at Raymond Lifestyle Ltd. impacted some of its IT assets, but its core systems and operations remain unaffected, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.
The technical team, along with cybersecurity experts, has taken prompt action to mitigate the impact and ensure the safety of its systems, it said. "None of our customer operations and store operations have been affected and the same are up and running normally."
"The company is investigating the matter and appropriate containment, and remediation actions are being taken in a controlled manner to address the incident," it said.

Raymond Lifestyle, a part of the Raymond Group, is a leading player in the textile and apparel industry. Established in 1925, the company is one of the largest integrated manufacturers of worsted suiting fabric in the world.
Raymond's product range includes premium clothing and accessories for men and women, with a strong presence in both national and international markets. It has over 1,500 stores across 600 towns and an extensive network of over 20,000 points-of-sale in India.
Shares of Raymond closed 1.3% lower at Rs 1,172.95 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, compared to a 0.05% decline in the benchmark Nifty.
