Pending Litigation On Tata Communications’ Surplus Land Not A Worry For Hemisphere Chairman

The surplus land hived off from Tata Communications Ltd. into Hemisphere Properties has around 30-35 pending litigations. But that's not a cause for concern for Hemisphere Chairman and Managing Director Saurabh Kumar Tiwari.

“Land is something that is very litigation prone. So I don't see any issue as such,” Tiwari told BloombergQuint in an interview. “This is part of the scheme of arrangement which has been submitted to the stock exchanges,” he added.
