Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. announced that its captive power generation plants in Chhattisgarh have secured long-term coal linkage of 1.18 million tonnes per anum for its captive power generation plants in Dongamahua and Raigarh in Chhattisgarh.

The linkage will enhance fuel security for its power plants, the company said in a press release.

The 1.18 MTPA coal linkage to our captive power generation facility significantly enhances the operational efficiencies of the power plants. In line with our philosophy, our prudent bids ensure that we get constant supply of coal for a period of 5 years.
