(Bloomberg) -- Facebook Inc. agreed to power a 1 million-square foot data center it's building near Richmond, Virginia, with solar energy from Dominion Resources Inc.
Dominion plans to build multiple solar installations in the state to supply the electricity, Richmond, Virginia-based company said in a statement. Terms weren't disclosed.
The sites have yet to be determined, and the companies did not disclose how much energy the data center in Henrico County will require.
