(Bloomberg) -- The Bank of England's near-term economic growth outlook is looking a little less rosy, with the forecast for this year being cut yet again and the statement calling the expansion "sluggish." Remember, though, these predictions are based on the assumption of a "smooth" Brexit, so we could see still more revisions down the road if that situation changes.
