Brigade Enterprises Banks On New Launches To Achieve Annual Targets In FY26

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises banks on new launches and regulatory clearances for existing projects for its full-year growth momentum in the current fiscal.  The full-year performance will be heavily influenced by approvals and the launch of new residential projects in the second half of the financial year, according to its Managing Director, Pavitra Shankar.

She outlined that while underlying demand remains robust, the business is "heavily dependent" on new launches to meet its annual growth targets.

Mutual Funds Likely To Propose Risk Solutions To SEBI On Pre-IPO Placement Investments

The mutual fund industry of the country is likely to deliberate on risk-mitigating ideas with regards to investing in pre-IPO placements and take them to the market watchdog, Securities and Exchange Board of India, people in the know told NDTV Profit.

As per the industry insiders, the Asset Management Companies are likely to explore ways to manage these risks after the regulator's recent clarification. They are to now look at the likelihood of the IPO of a company to go through, NDTV Profit was told.

The commodity brokers are likely to hold virtual discussions with regards to the repeated tech outages with the Chairperson of India's top commodity bourse, MCX, today. The three major stakeholders in this meeting are the Chairperson, the top management officials and the brokers, people with direct knowledge of the matter told NDTV Profit.

Adani Enterprises Ltd.'s board will consider a fundraising plan via equity, besides approving the second quarter earnings at a meeting on Nov. 4.

"The Board shall also consider, inter alia, the proposal of fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares or any other permissible securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode," a stock exchange filing said late Thursday.

UBS Global Research believes that Swiggy Ltd. share price may increase 39% in the next 12 months despite the company's loss widened in the second quarter. That came on a day where Meta’s shares dropped as much as 14%, after it had posted quarterly earnings late Wednesday, and stock investors recoiled at how much the company planned to spend on AI.

Asia Markets LIVE: Nikkei 225 Rises Past 52,000 For First Time On Tech-Fueled Rally

Japan's benchmark index, the Nikkei 225 rose past a crucial level of 52,000 for first time on Friday as upbeat earnings from megacap technology firms on Wall Street fueled bulls.

The Nikkei 225 was trading 1.05% higher at 51,872 as of 7:11 a.m. The index rose to a new high of 52,39145 during the session.

The GIFT Nifty was trading flat at 26,041.50 as of 6:45 a.m., which implied a muted open for the benchmark Nifty 50 index.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Steel Authority of India, Fino Payments Bank Ltd. shares will be in focus because of second-quarter results.

The Nifty ended in the green on Wednesday closing above the 26,053 mark. At the close, the Sensex rose 368.97 points, or 0.44%, to 84,997.13, while the Nifty rose 117.70 points, or 0.45%, to 26,053.90.
