Asia-Pacific markets extended losses Friday morning tracking significant losses in US markets overnight after President Donald Trump's tariffs shook global markets. The Nikkei 225 was trading 2.75% down at 33,784.09, and the CSI 300 was trading 0.59% down at 3,861.50 as of 7:44 a.m.
The KOSPI erased losses to trade 0.72% higher. South Korea's constitutional court has given verdict to remove impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol. In case, he's removed, election will take place in 60 days to elect next president.
