Nepal Gen Z Protest Live: China Calls On Nepal To Bring Back Order
China urged Nepal to peacefully resolve its internal crisis and restore stability after PM Oli resigned following violent youth-led protests. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian stated at a Beijing press briefing that China and Nepal are "traditional friendly neighbours" and encouraged all groups in Nepal to "properly handle domestic issues" to quickly restore social order.

China urged its citizens in Nepal to "pay close attention to safety", after protesters set parliament ablaze and forced the prime minister.
"It is hoped that all sectors of Nepal can properly handle domestic issues and quickly restore social order and national stability. China has already reminded its citizens in Nepal to pay close attention to safety," foreign ministry spokesman Lin Jian told a regular press briefing.

Central agencies have issued alert along the Nepal border. Alerts have been issued to Bihar Police, UP Police, SSB, who have been asked to keep strict vigil on the border, NDTV reported.
Nepal Gen Z Protest Live: 187 Telugu People Stranded In Nepal
In the wake of the ongoing unrest in Nepal, as many as 187 Telugu citizens have been identified as stranded in different locations across the country. Minister Nara Lokesh has decided to skip NDA’s ‘Super 6 Super Hit’ event, and is monitoring early rescue efforts from the state RTG headquarters at Amaravati, NDTV reported.
The stranded citizens are spread across four locations:
Bafal – 27 persons under the care of Sridharacharyulu
Similkot – 12 persons with Kari Appa Rao
Mahadev Hotel, Pashupati – 55 persons with Vijaya
Pingalasthan, Gaushala – 90 persons
So far, 187 Telugu people have been traced, and the number may rise as more contacts are established. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has alerted Naveen Srivastava, the Indian Ambassador to Nepal, NDTV reported.

It further added that, "Indian citizens presently in Nepal are advised to shelter in their current places of residence, avoid going out onto the streets and exercise all due caution."
MEA also said, "They are also advised to follow local safety advisories from Nepal authorities as well as the Embassy of India in Kathmandu."

Nepal Gen Z Protest Live: Ex PM's Wife Burnt Alive
As per a report by NDTV, Rajyalaxmi Chitrakar, the wife of Nepal's ex-prime minister Jhalanath Khanal, was burnt alive on Tuesday. She was trapped in her house, located in Dallu area in the state capital Kathmandu, which Gen Z protestors had set on fire. Chitrakar was rushed to Kirtipur Burn Hospital but died during the treatment, NDTV reported.
