Solar EPC company Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. is set to declare its results for the quarter and nine months ended December on Jan. 16, 2025.

The company, in a separate stock exchange filing, also said it would schedule an earnings call for analysts and investors to discuss its Q3 results at 4 p.m. on Jan. 17.

“This is to inform you that the conference call is being scheduled on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 04:00 P.M (IST) to discuss the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024,” the company said.

The leadership of the company, including executive director Hitesh Mehta, CFO Dilip Panjwani, and group finance controller Abhishek Pareek will be joining the conference call.

HDFC Life Q3 Results Live: Market Pricing Updates

The competitive intensity has shifted, with lower levels of irrational pricing observed. The mix in unit-linked products has increased by 4-5%, and the overall mix between unit-linked and non-participating products remains balanced, said CFO Niraj Shah.

However, annuities are still experiencing some irrational and unsustainable pricing, prompting a calibrated approach to growth in this segment. Pricing in non-par savings has been competitive, while changes in surrender values and listing pressures are contributing to greater pricing rationality in the market, he added.

IT services firm Tech Mahindra Ltd. is among the many companies slated to announce their financial results for the October-December quarter this week. 

Tech Mahindra is slated to announce its Q3 results on Friday, Jan. 17, the company said in a press release. After the release of the Q3 financial results, Tech Mahindra will hold an earnings conference call, where the management will talk about the performance. This will be held between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Jan. 17.

“Following the release, a conference call will be hosted between 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (IST) on 17, Jan. 2025 where the company’s management will discuss the performance for the said period, followed by a Q&A session,” the press release said.

Ceat Ltd.'s net profit declined 42% year-on-year in the July–September quarter of the current financial year.

The tyre manufacturer posted a profit of Rs 121.5 crore in the quarter ended Sept. 30. In the year-ago period, the company posted a profit of Rs 207.7 crore, according to an exchange filing.

Ceat's revenue during the quarter under review rose 8.2% to Rs 3,304.5 crore from Rs 3,053.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation fell to Rs 362.3 crore, whereas the Ebitda margin contracted to 11% from 14.9%.

"This quarter marks our highest revenue ever, driven largely by robust performances in our replacement and international sectors," Chief Executive Officer Arnab Banerjee said. "While there's a significant increase in the commodity prices, our margins got impacted during the quarter."

Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries Ltd. is scheduled to declare its financial results for the quarter ended December 2024 soon.

Reliance Industries in a stock exchange filing on Jan. 9 said that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, Jan. 16 to consider and approve the financial results for the October-December quarter of FY25.

It further mentioned that a presentation to the media and analysts will also be made available after the board meeting ends.

"A presentation to the analysts and media on financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024, shall be made on the same day after the meeting," the company said.

HDFC Asset Management Co.'s share price soared over 4% in early trade on Wednesday after solid third quarter financial results a day prior led to multiple brokerages maintaining their 'buy' rating on the stock.

The company's net profit grew 31.4% on a yearly basis to Rs 641 crore. Total income surged 26% to Rs 1,028 crore. Both beat street estimates.

Analysts at major brokerages like Jefferies, Axis Capital, Nomura, CLSA, JM Financial, Motilal Oswal and Nuvama maintained their bullish outlook, according to Bloomberg data.

HDFC AMC share price advanced 4.46% intraday to Rs 4,037.55 apiece. The scrip was trading 4% higher by 10:18 a.m. The benchmark NSE Nifty 50 was up 0.18%.

The stock has risen 17% in the last 12 months. The total traded volume so far in the day stood at 15 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 42.

Twenty out of the 27 analysts tracking HDFC AMC have a 'buy' rating on the stock, five recommend a 'hold' and two suggest a 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analyst price target of Rs 4,763 implies a potential upside of 19%.

Infosys Q3 Results: Date, Time, Earnings Call Details And More

India's second-largest IT services company Infosys will declare its Q3 results on Jan. 16. In a press release on Jan. 8, the Bengaluru-based company announced its earnings schedule.

Infosys announced last week that it would release its Q3 financial results on Jan. 16, with the declaration scheduled around 3:45 p.m.

"Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, will announce results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, around 3:45 p.m. Indian Standard Time (IST)," the press release read.

Besides the company website, the results will be available on the websites of NSE, BSE.

Following the announcement of the results, the leadership team of Infosys will hold a press conference at 4:30 p.m.

The insurer posted a net profit of Rs 433 crore in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024. That compares with a consensus estimate of Rs 543 crore of analysts polled by Bloomberg. In the year-ago period, the company posted a net profit of Rs 377 crore.

L&T Technology Services is expected to clock in 373 crore and revenue worth Rs 2,663 crore, as per consensus estimates. The tech giant is expected to post Ebit of Rs 420 crore, at a likely margin of 15.75%.

Ceat is likely to clock a net profit of Rs 102 crore and revenue worth Rs 3,347 crore for the quarter ended December, as per the consensus estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg. The company is expected to post an Ebitda of Rs 325 crore at a margin of 9.70%, as per estimates.
