"The formation of an inverted hammer on the daily chart signals a possible trend reversal to the downside, although confirmation is still awaited. Key support is now placed at 23,950, and a breakdown below this level could trigger further downside toward the 23,850–23,700 zone. On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 24,350 and 24,500. A breakout above these levels may pave the way for a rally toward 24,700."Hardik Matalia, a derivative analyst, Choice Broking
"The 24,000 mark is expected to act as a firm psychological support, with 24,250 offering immediate support, while 24,500 remains a key resistance level. In case of BankNifty, the zone of 54,260-54,600 presents a strong hurdle, though the downside appears to be protected at 53,950."Aditya Gaggar, director, Progressive Shares
