Lupin Ltd. and Zyfus Lifesciences Ltd. share prices extended losses as Equrius said that both the companies losing litigation to Myrbetriq in FC on patent 780. Lupin and Zydus Lifesciences will have to withdraw the drug from the market.
Lupin and Zydus Life could see some financial penalty. For Zydus Lifesciences, it was estimated to be $35 million quarterly sales, and for LPC it was estimated to be $25-30 million product quarterly.
