Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Stands Out With ‘Canvas-Like’ Design

Motorola has launched the Edge 60 Fusion in India, and it feels like a canvas on a hand. This phone has a soft vegan leather finish and Pantone-certified colours, giving it a unique texture. Here is a closer look at its design.

The highlight of the new Edge 60 Fusion is the vegan leather back panel, which still retains the signature curved design that Motorola is known for. It feels like a canvas sheet, smooth and synthetic like fabric. It does attract dust and smudges easily, though.

The phone comes in three different Pantone colours.

• Amazonite (deep blue-green).

• Slipstream (soft grey).

• Zephyr (earthy pink).

There is a slight update to the camera design as it comes with a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a three-in-one light sensor. However, the larger camera module makes it unsteady on flat surfaces.

The curved 6.7-inch OLED screen uses 1.5K resolution and 4500 nits peak brightness to display vibrant colours. The phone comes running on MediaTek Dimensity 7400, backed with Hello UI (Android 15), giving smooth touch response with hardly any bloatware on it.

The Sony 50MP Prime LYT 700C primary sensor and 32MP selfie camera are designed to capture crisp photos. The sound quality is decent, but other rivals have better speakers.

The Edge 60 Fusion has a 5,500mAh battery and 68W fast charging and can last an entire day. The phone is quite chubby with its huge screen, but it doesn’t feel heavy and is easy to hold.
