As many as 23 companies are scheduled to announce their financial results for the quarter ended June 2025 on July 15. The companies set to release their earnings reports for the first quarter of FY 2025-26 include many major players across sectors.
The notable names include the newly listed HDB Financial Services, which raised Rs 12,500 crore in June through the biggest IPO of FY26 so far. The upcoming result will mark HDB Financial Services’ first earnings report since its market debut on July 2.
Focus will also remain on ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and Bank of Maharashtra, among other companies, as they disclose their financial performance for the April-June period. Through these results, investors and analysts gain perspective into the companies’ financial health and the future roadmap in the upcoming quarters of FY26.
Some of these companies may also declare dividends depending on their Q1FY26 results. They are also expected to release their earnings call schedule, typically held after the quarterly results announcement. During this call, the company management holds discussions about the results with the investors and also shares the future roadmap.

HDB Financial Services Q4FY25 Results
HDB Financial Services reported a 16.3% rise in consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 4,266 crore in Q4FY25, compared to Rs 3,666.8 crore in Q4FY24. However, the NBFC arm of the HDFC Bank registered a 19% year-on-year decline in net profit at Rs 530.9 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 656.2 crore in the year-ago period.
The shares of HDB Financial Services were listed on the exchanges on July 2. A day later, the stock hit an all-time high of Rs 891 per share on NSE. The stock has declined by over 6% from its peak. Shares of HDB Financial Services are currently trading at the Rs 837.25 level on the NSE.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Q4FY25 Results
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company’s net profit more than doubled to Rs 385.2 crore in the March quarter of FY25 (Q4FY25). In the year-ago period, the profit stood at Rs 173.67 crore. Its net premium income during the quarter increased 11% YoY to Rs 16,831.6 crore against Rs 15,150 crore in the same period of the preceding financial year.
Value of new business (VNB), the measure of profitability for life insurers, was up 2.45% YoY at Rs 795 crore. The VNB margin of the insurer stood at 22.70% in Q4FY25 against 21.46% in the year-ago quarter.
Bank of Maharashtra Q4FY25 Results
In Q4FY25, Bank of Maharashtra reported a 19% YoY increase in its total income at Rs 7,711 crore, compared to Rs 6,488 crore in Q4FY24. The public sector lender’s net interest income stood at Rs 6,731 crore compared to Rs 5,467 crore in the year-ago period, marking a 23% YoY increase. Operating profit increased by 14% to Rs 2,520 crore, up from Rs 2,210 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, net profit surged 23% YoY to Rs 1,493 crore in Q4FY25, versus Rs 1,218 crore in Q4FY24.
