Nestle India Limited is set to announce its results for the financial year 2024-25 this week. Some of the famous products offered by Nestle include Maggi, Milkybar, and Nescafe. It has nine manufacturing facilities in India, and four branch offices, one each in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata. The company will set up its tenth manufacturing facility in Odisha.
Nestle India Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In an exchange filing, Nestle India announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 24, to consider the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25 for the approval of the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Nestle India Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company will remain closed from April 1 to April 26.

Nestle India reported a 5% rise in net profit year-on-year to Rs 688 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 655.6 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations rose almost 4% to Rs 4,779.7 crore in the third quarter of the financial year 2024-25 from Rs 4,600.4 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Revenue from domestic sales stood at Rs 4,566 crore in Q3 FY25, an increase of 3.26% year-on-year compared to Rs 4,421.8 crore in Q3 FY24.
