360 One WAM Ltd. on Friday has announced second interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share for the fiscal 2026. The company announced distribution of nearly Rs 242.54 crore to shareholders.
The board has fixed Oct. 27 as the record date for the purpose of dividend payment, the company said in an exchange filing on day. Additionally, the company said it will pay the interim dividend on or before Nov. 15.
The company in April had given interim dividend of Rs 6 per share.
The company in January and May 2024 had given a dividend of Rs 4.5 per share and Rs 3.5 per share, respectively. In Aug. the company gave a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share.
360 One WAM Q2 Highlights
The company in quarter ended September posted 13% quarter-on-quarter rise in total income at Rs 1,108 crore. This is in comparison to Rs 980 crore posted in the previous quarter.
Consolidated net Profit rises 10.8% to Rs 315 crore sequentially. In the quarter ended June profit stood at Rs 285 crore.
Assets under Management for 360 ONE stood at Rs 6,71,625 crore, consisting of ARR AUM of Rs 2.95 lakh crore and transactional or brokerage AUM of Rs 3.76 lakh crore.
“Positive business momentum continued in Q2 across all segments despite a benign macro environment and market sentiment. Overall liquidity events have been supportive, reflecting the underlying strength and confidence in our ecosystem," said Karan Bhagat, managing director and chief executive officer at 360 One WAM.

Shares of 360 One WAM closed 0.59% lower at Rs 1,164.90 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.49% advance in the benchmark Nifty. The stock has risen 5.10% in the last 12 months and fallen 7.16% on a year-to-date basis.
