No Evidence Or Basis To US DoJ Indictment, Jethmalani Says

There was no evidence or basis to the indictment by the US Department of Justice against the Adani Group officials. Adani Group case in US courts was already a very diluted case, said Mahesh Jethmalani, a senior advocate and former member of Parliament.

There is inadequate knowledge or data to decide the strength of the data. Huge noise made in Indian Parliament is baseless. It seems as if the indictment was politically charged and motivated indictment, said Jethmalani.
